Volunteers Needed: Uniform Assistance, selling chocolate and water, selling merchandise, and answering any patron questions.

Visit roundlakemusic.com/volunteers and make sure you have completed the volunteer form for the school and any other necessary steps. You can still sign up, but the form needs to be submit a mininmum of 48 hours prior to the event.

Job Desciptions

Selling Chocolate, Merchandise, and Patron Assistance - A cash box with change will be provided. Chocolate and merchandise is stored in the music office and band storage room respectively. A list of items and prices will be provided. Items will need to be set up on the table for display. Any products not sold at the end of the evening can be returned to the music office. The case box can be handed over to Mr. West or a Fine Arts Booster Officer.

These volunteers will also gree patrons as they enter, answer questions, and guide them to scan the QR Code for the program. A table and booster sign will also be provided. These volunteers should be set up by 6 PM in the theater lobby. They should stay outside for the the first 10-15 minutes of the performance for late arrivals. They are welcome to watch the remainder of the concert, and come back to the table as patrons exit.

Uniform Assistance - These volunteers will be in charge of any last minute emergencies for concert attire. Directors may also send some students to these volunteers to help with their existing attire (i.e fixing a loose bowtie, showing a student how suspenders are supposed to be worn, etc.). There will be a clipboard with a check in and check out sheet. Volunteers will write down the students name, their ensemble, and the items lent out to them. Those students must return those items at the end of the night.
