Volunteer Needs: Selling chocolate and water, merchandise, and talking to new parents.

The event starts at 7 PM. Volunteers will need to set up in the stadium by 6:30 PM to sell and talk to audience members as they enter.
 
Job Descriptions
 
Selling Chocolate and Water - A cash box with change will be provided. Chocolate and water is stored in the music office and band storage room respectively. A cooler will be available to keep water cold, but ice does need to be picked up before the event. Any products not sold at the end of the evening can be returned to the music office. The case box can be handed over to Mr. West or a Fine Arts Booster Officer.
 
Selling Merchandise - A cash box with change will be provided. Merchandise is stored in the band storage room. A list of items and prices will be provided. Items will need to be set up on the table for display. Any products not sold at the end of the evening can be returned to the music office. The case box can be handed over to Mr. West or a Fine Arts Booster Officer.
 
Talking to New Parents - Greet audience members as they enter. Ask parents and guardians if they have any questions about marching band and the season. It would be ideal to have at least one volunteer for this category that speaks Spanish. These volunteers will also speack to parents and guardians after the performance. Mr. West will make an announcement towards the end of the performance to let the audience members know that their are people available to answer their questions.
