• Sign-In in the Lobby Closet.
• Help the Guide with any necessary preparation.

• While the tour group is in the lobby, ensure you can assist guests who may require seating, directions to the bathrooms, or help with using the elevator.
• Should patrons need to use the elevator for Mezzanine access, accompany them and ensure they rejoin their Guide and the rest of the group.
• While the tour is taking place on the Mezzanine, please monitor the Lobby. Should any non-ticketed persons enter the Lobby, courteously inform them that "the theatre is presently closed to the public and a tour is underway." Use this moment to inform them about other available tours later that day or in the future and mention any upcoming events at the Liberty Theatre that evening or the next day. 
• Monitor the time closely. The Mezzanine/Balcony segment of the tour typically lasts 12 to 15 minutes. If you have offered elevator assistance to guests, ensure you are available to help them return to the Lobby.
• While the tour proceeds in the Main Auditorium, continue to keep an eye on the Lobby.
• Upon concluding the tour, open the wooden doors on the eastern side. Ensure all guests have departed from the building and close the doors to the Lobby.

• Check to see if the Theatre is being used by Liberty employees. If it is not in use, assist the Guide in turning off the following lights:

1. Elevator Lobby on the second level (Switch placed by the Fire Exit door)
2. Balcony (Dimmer switch placed above and to the left of the Light Booth door)
3. Mezzanine (Dimmer switch placed on the wall in front of the McTavish double doors)
4. Stage 
5. Stage Work Lights (Switch placed to the right of the utility cabinets in the metal enclosure)
6. Main Auditorium (Dimmer placed on the inside wall of the East Auditorium Entrance)
7. Lower Lobby stairs (Switch placed just inside to the right next to the door)
8. Lobby (Dimmer placed next to the West Lobby door)
