Parent/Guardian - Please READ information below! INSTRUCTIONS for signing up for ONLY ONE specialty is found under "Show More".

1. Select DATE/TIME and then Sign-up for ONE specialty to shadow.
   • Morning Sessions are for Digital Arts, Photography, VFA, Vocal Music, and Theatre Arts. 
   • Mid-day Sessions for Instrumental Music.
   • Afternoon Sessions are for Dance and Video Arts. 
2. Please type STUDENT NAME (first + last) in the COMMENTS section when signing up. 
3. Prospective students can sign-up to shadow one specialty, ONLY! (Please do not sign-up for more than one specialty to shadow, either on the same day or different day.)
4. After signing up, ArtQuest will email the parent/guardian an appointment confirmation using the email address provided during the sign-up process with specific details for shadowing and a google form to complete. The google form will provide AQ with required additional contact information from the prospective student and parent/guardian. 
   • Appointment confirmation required to shadow. Please allow three business days to receive a confirmation email from AQ. If you have not received confirmation, please email artquest@srcs.k12.ca.us. 
   • Please note, a parent/guardian must be present to drop off and pick up their student for the shadowing session. Thank you.
