A one-hour introduction to basic knife skills for ages 10-100 on Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm

Learn the parts of a knife, knife care, grip, use of the helping hand, cutting, slicing, chopping, dicing, mincing, and some food safety basics. Taught by Chef Bethany Markee, SYV Community Kitchen Director, the one-hour class will be repeated on February 11, 18, March 3, 10, 24, 31 (choose one date below to register).
