Let's get some cardio in before eating a good breakfast! Or what better way to excuse eating a fatty breakfast than an intense workout beforehand! Either way, I promise you will, at minimum, break a sweat.

I've been a huge Tony Horton fan, from his P90X days to his more recent 22 Minute Hard Corps program. For Saturday, we will be using his Cardio 1 routine from the Hard Corps program. Be forewarned: this is a CrossFit style workout that can be intense for anyone who hasn't been on a fitness routine. Workout in RBC Gym at 8 am sharp followed by breakfast at Jelly Cafe (NW corner of Busse and Golf Rd.)
