-all visitors must wear appropriate face coverings

-no one with symptoms or direct contact with anyone with symptoms is allowed in the facility

-you will be asked to complete a brief screening and tracing log before you enter the facility

-no more than 25 visitors are allowed in the funeral home at one time, including the family members already inside. You may need to wait for others to exit before you can enter.

-Please be mindful of other guests, keep your visit brief.

 

This schedule allows everyone to be aware of when there may be more visitors and thus a longer wait time, it is not a specific reservation for a fixed time to enter. Consider signing up for a time slot with fewer visitors, and please be prepared for a wait time that may last several minutes. Thank you for your cooperation as we try to allow for visitations while respecting the RIDOH guidelines.
