SO excited you will be joining us on Easter Sunday to enjoy a meal and celebrate together!

Help us plan for a great party by following these simple instructions (click "show more" to see all):

Uptown will be providing the main dish and other basics for the meal. If you are able, please sign up to bring a dessert and/or salad to share. No pork or shellfish, please, out of respect for Hebrew Tabernacle.
Confirm your attendance at the bottom of this form, whether or not you are bringing a dish to share. Please RSVP for you and your guests by clicking "Yes," indicating the number of guests, then "Review and Confirm."
If more neighbors and friends will be joining you, please go back to your sign-up and update your number of guests. We want to make sure we are ready for as many as will be attending.
If you are contributing a salad or dessert, drop off your dish on your way into service, and please include a serving utensil.
