FPA Silicon Valley is providing complementary financial planning sessions to the community
Financial Planning Day
This sign up is for advisor and logistics volunteers who would like to help offer pro-bono financial planning to the community.
The Financial Planning Association supports our community by providing complimentary one-to-one financial planning advice at the Saratoga Library Financial Planning Day. This will be an in-person event and available to the entire public. There will be a presentation on the topic of Taxes for all attendees from 2 to 3 pm.
Please note that per the FPA of Silicon Valley guidelines, Financial Counseling Volunteers must be CFP(R) professionals and members of an FPA chapter (Logistics Volunteers do not have to be).
Advisor volunteers will participate in multiple 25 minute pro-bono planning sessions with attendees during the day of the event.
Logistic volunteers will assist with checking in arriving attendees, trouble shooting and collecting survey responses as attendees exit each session.
